Question 1: I'm I going to get a pitch about why I should use an agent?

No. We have seen so many Buyers going out to buy a home with little to no insight or information, or whatever they saw on TikTok, just to get completely taken advantage of... And we're just tired of hearing about it. However, after we share how it's done and you find someone you know who doesn't want to do this on their own, we would be happy to support them.

Question 2: Once you get my information, are you going to hound me about working with you?

We are blessed to have enough business that we don't need to do that, so no. We may check in on you from time to time and make sure you have everything you need to get through a transaction, but otherwise this workshop is fo those that want to go at this alone, so no pressure from our side.

Question 3: Are you just sharing your old stuff that doesn't work anymore?

Nope. You get the latest and greatest. We want you to brag to all of your friends about how good we are, so they will want to use us. That's our incentive, so you will definitely get the goods!

Question 4: Can't I just go work directly with an experienced Seller's Agent or New Construction Agent?

Absolutely! However, it's important to note that the Seller's Agent has a long standing relationship and contract agreement with the Seller, often acting as the Seller's advocate. While they can do the transaction, it's kind of like expecting your best friend to treat a stranger the same as they do you. It's possible, but not the easiest thing to do, and most do it poorly. As it relates to New Construction Agents, well they typically have a fiduciary to the Builder as a Single Agent. This has to do with agency, which you should get real familiar with before engaging with a New Construction Agent. We discuss this in the workshop
